I love this beautiful off white silk blouse by Yves Saint Laurent. It is really quite fabulous and has an amazing print and texture that is woven through the silk and has an almost snakeskin pattern. It is also cut on the bias so moves and drapes perfectly once on the body. Really fabulous. The tie at the neck is classic Yves. Each cuff buttons at the wrist so you get a bit of a pouf on the sleeve above. It is made of a gorgeous light weight, fine grade silk. It is remarkable to find a top in this cream color that looks so pristine and is vintage, but this one literally looks to have never been worn. A classic. Excellent condition.

The top is unlined and closes with a tie at the neck. Each sleeve buttons to close The ties are attached. Note that the color in person is a touch richer in feel with a drop more of a cream to it. Tagged a vintage 38
