Absolutely fabulous dated Valentino wrap top in a light cotton knit. I love the bright, vivid stripes of color in happy summer hues! It plunges quite low if you leave it tied looser or you can cinch tighter so its not quite so scandalous. I adore the multi colored tassels that finish each end! So wonderful! Excellent, appears unworn condition.
